Arantza joined Informa Consulting in 2006 and is a Partner in the firm. She works in our Bilbao office.

She has more than 17 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance and holds the IOC International Compliance Officer Certification.

She is a specialist in the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism, criminal liability of legal persons and sustainability report regulations.

She leads projects for the development and implementation of protocols, policies and procedures related to different matters within the scope of Regulatory Compliance, as well as auditing work in various matters of Regulatory Compliance, such as external expert reports on the prevention of money laundering, reviews of the criminal risk prevention model, etc.

She participates in seminars related to various Regulatory Compliance matters.

Regarding her academic background, she holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto. She completed her training with a Master’s Degree in Management Skills and IT Tools at the same university.

She speaks Spanish, English and Basque.

Outside the office, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and three children. A basketball fanatic for years, now her sport is paddle tennis. Her favourite quote is “Don’t let anyone walk away from you without being a little happier” – St. Teresa of Calcutta.
