Janire joined Informa Consulting in 2015 and is a Supervisor in the firm. She works in our Bilbao office.

She has more than 9 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance.

She is a specialist in securities market regulations and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

She is the Internal Auditor responsible for more than 15 entities supervised by the National Securities Market Commission.

She also carries out projects for the preparation and adaptation of internal control policies and procedures manuals to new regulations.

In relation to her academic background, she holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country. She completed her training with a Postgraduate Degree in Accounting and Application of International Financial Reporting Standards at the same University.

She speaks Spanish, English and Basque.

Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two little girls. She enjoys traveling, reading, the sun, nature and, of course, enjoying her free time in the company of her family and friends.
