Cristina joined Informa Consulting in 2021 and is an Senior Auditor in the firm. She works in our Madrid office.

She has 2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance and Internal Audit functions.

She is Internal Auditor responsible for more than 10 entities supervised by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

She participates in projects related to advice on securities market regulations and reviews compliance with obligations in terms of CNMV regulations, MiFID Directive, prevention of money laundering, data protection, market abuse detection regulations, FATCA regulations, etc.

As for her academic background, she holds a degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. In addition, she completed her training with specialized courses in commercial, procedural and bankruptcy law.

She speaks Spanish, English and Galician.

Outside of work, Cristina enjoys meals with friends, movie weekends and long walks with her dog.
