Patricia is a Supervisor at Informa Consulting and joined the firm in 2016. She works in our Madrid office.

She has more than 10 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance.

She is a specialist in securities market regulations.

She is the Internal Auditor responsible for more than 15 entities supervised by the National Securities Market Commission.

Additionally, she supervises projects for the preparation and adaptation of internal control policies and procedures manuals to the new regulations.

In relation to her academic background, she holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Catholic University of Avila. She completed her training with a Master’s Degree in Economic-Financial Management from CEF and UDIMA.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys movies, traveling and spending time with her family.
