Máximo is a Manager in the firm and joined Informa Consulting in 2011. He works in our Bilbao office.

He has more than 25 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance and holds the International Compliance Officer Certification from the IOC and the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification from ISACA.

He is a specialist in data protection, with a mixed profile, combining extensive legal and technical knowledge.

He is a Data Protection Delegate certified by the Spanish Association for Quality in accordance with the scheme of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Throughout his long career he has developed auditing and consulting activities in the field of data protection in leading entities in the market and has been the Data Protection Delegate of more than 10 entities.

He is a member of APEP (Spanish Professional Privacy Association) and Pribatua, of which he was a member of the board of directors when it was founded. In addition, he participates in national and international seminars related to data protection and he is a coauthor of the book Practical Guide of International Compliance (Aranzadi).

Regarding his academic background, he holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Deusto.

He speaks Spanish and English.
