Juan Miguel joined the firm in 2016, where he currently holds the position of Manager. He works in our Madrid office.

He has more than 12 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance.

He is a specialist in securities market regulations.

He is the Internal Auditor responsible for more than 35 leading entities in the market supervised by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

He also supervises audits on the Internal Control System of Financial Information and projects for the elaboration and adaptation of internal control policies and procedures manuals to the new regulations and participates in the obtaining of authorization licenses in the CNMV.

As far as his academic background is concerned, he holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He completed his education with a Master’s Degree in Finance and Auditing from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.

He speaks Spanish and English.
