Our colleague Esther Martínez del Río will give the first Q&AWebinar: DATA PROTECTION: consequences of the sanctioning turn of the AEPD.
With the publication of the recent sentences to BBVA and CaixaBank for 5 and 6 million euros, respectively, the AEPD begins to apply the scales of the rest of the EU supervisory authorities, drastically increasing the amounts.
