Publication in the OJEU of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2070 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1675 identifying third countries with strategic deficiencies.
Last Thursday 28 September, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2070 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1675 identifying third countries with strategic shortcomings was published in the OJEU in order to include Cameroon and Vietnam in the list. This amendment enters into force after 20 days of its publication in the OJEU, that is, on 18 October 2023.
